If your horse or bovine animal is in need of emergency care, we’re here for you any time of day. With fully mobile state-of-the-art equipment, our highly skilled doctors and support staff are well prepared to come to you if need be. We understand it may be next to impossible to bring your horse or other large animals to the hospital during a life-threatening emergency. Thankfully, since we’re less than 15 minutes from Paola, we can be there to help in a flash.
We also try to be here when our cat and dog friends need us too. Call us if you’re having an after-hours pet emergency. If we’re not able to receive your pet, we will direct you to the nearest 24-hr pet hospital and guide you on how to care for them until they are treated.

Caring for Cattle and Bovine Animals Too
Don’t let our name fool you; our veterinarians may have a keen interest in equine care, but they are eager to help with the care of cattle and farm animals too. Some of the animals we regular service other than horses and pets include goats, llamas, and sheep. Our emergency and ambulatory services extend to these animals too, so don’t hesitate to call us. Whether you need a general herd health evaluation or have an animal who is need of an emergency C-section, we can be of assistance.
